The personal data concerning the users sent to COFAD are for the internal and exclusive use of COFAD. Under no circumstances will COFAD disclose them to third parties for publicity or promotion purposes.
 

Purpose of the processing for which the data are intended

The personal data sent to COFAD are recorded in our file of experts. They concern civil status, training, professional experience, fields of expertise, sectors of intervention, specialised geographical zones and Curriculum Vitae.

Those experts having submitted their data may be proposed assignments or positions corresponding to their profiles. In addition, they may receive, if they so desire, job opportunities from COFAD.

COFAD reserves the right not to pursue the applications submitted on its website if they do not correspond to the profiles currently sought. The users whose application is refused will be informed of this decision by e-mail.

COFAD reserves the right to correct, complete or update the data thus collected, either from information included in the CVs submitted, or on the basis of information provided by the user orally or in writing. The user can at any time consult his/her data and also correct, complete or update them.

The user has the right to delete all of his/her data, as well as his/her CVs. S/he can, at any time, subscribe to receive job opportunities by e-mail, or unsubscribe.

Safety of personal data

Only COFAD employees led to select or recruit experts have access to personal data.
